Hands on CT Workshop

Dear Colleagues,

Welcome to the website of the Hands-On Cardiac CT Workshop of the Institute of Radiology at Charité. On the following pages, we would like to introduce you to our new workshop, which takes place regularly in Berlin-Mitte.

The technical capabilities for imaging the heart—and the coronary arteries in particular—using computed tomography have advanced rapidly in recent years. On the following pages, we would like to introduce you to our workshop, which has been held regularly in Berlin-Mitte for more than 10 years.

This workshop (with a maximum of 18 participants) is designed to familiarize you with these possibilities in modern cardiac imaging and to expand your knowledge through hands-on exercises.

The event focuses on combining imaging and clinical practice to convey clinically relevant information. The course is organized by the Cardiac Imaging Working Group of the Department of Radiology at Charité. All instructors have specialized in noninvasive cardiac imaging for many years.

State-of-the-art CT scanners are available at the Charité Campus Mitte. You will participate in live examinations and will be able to perform the analysis afterward at workstations.

We hope our program will pique your interest, and we look forward to welcoming you to our workshop in Berlin Mitte.
